employees may drink a coffee while on break and that may be authorized
and approved. In other cases mistakes will be made or customers will
drop a drink from time to time. Having good static’s will help you

to closely track actual orders, remakes and any drink made in an
override situation by providing two way communications to the Point of
sale system. Excessive numbers of remakes or complimentary drinks
during a shift can now be identified quickly whether it is poor

AutoPerk™ software accepts the order as entered in the Point of Sale system. This eliminates the need of the order taker to enter the order in the Point of Sale system and then additionally mark a cup. No need to carry cups from the order entry station to the coffee making station or to sort through printed receipts to make sure the queue is correct. On fully implemented systems the barista will have full view access to not only the drink being dispensed but also the next three drinks in the queue and that last drink just dispensed. This allows the barista to perform drink prep or finish topping a drink while the Super Automatic is dispensing the current drink in queue.

AutoPerk™ software accepts the orders from the Point of sale System and converts it into a order that can be processed by a Super Automatic. The AutoPerk™ software also separates the parts of the order that cannot be automatically handled by the Super Automatic and display them as a separate line of instructions for the barista. Additionally the order identification tag/number and any customer name or loyalty ID gathered in the order entry process is passed to the Super Automatic for display while at all time managing the queue for proper order delivery. This allows the barista to select the right type and size of cup, provide any drink prep, start the drink making process and finish the drink with full information provided. No trying to identify marks on the side of a cup for proper preparation, no loose receipts printed and falling on the floor, no additional costs for displays, only a process that keeps employees and customers happy.
