AutoPerk™ provides a direct interface from the POS (Point of Sale) to the espresso/coffee machine which increases the efficiency of the order entry process; No marking of cups, receipt printers, or bump bars required.
AutoPerk™ captures the POS order, translates the drink order into a language the Super Automatic can prepare, and displays the drink with any prep extras and the customer identification information on the Super Automatic touch display interface.
This process guarantees that the customer receives what they paid for and is consistent in quality. In locations that have multiple Super Automatics the AutoPerk™ software will balance machine queues to increase speed of drink delivery. The automated process minimizes employee skill and training requirements, which is critical to the success in environments where staff turnover is a fact. The connection of the POS to the espresso/coffee machine provides accurate recording of actual coffees made in the POS including remakes and eliminates sweet hearting drinks to friends and records employee drinks.

The AutoPerk™ software allows the wait staff to enter orders for gourmet coffee drinks from any Mobile POS or station where food is ordered and distributes the orders to the most convenient available coffee station. This allows quicker coffee delivery and quicker table turns.
